Why CS Real Simple

Because Customer Success is SIMPLE,

it's just not easy.

I've spent the past decade building, scaling and transforming Customer Success teams and the one realization I had was that the work I was doing was not confusing or complicated - it was simple. CS was straight forward.

 

I relate Customer Success to running. Running is simple. No one asks how to run, you just do it. But running a marathon, running up a mountain, sprinting ... these are not easy. With practice, guidance and goals, you can do all of these things.

Despite CS being simple, I'd find my peers, colleagues and friends struggle to articulate the why behind what they did or the value of their efforts. I created CS Real Simple to help the CS Community by providing my insights, tools and templates to help others have the same success I've had.
