I am currently the VP of Customer Success at ClientSuccess, a leading Customer Success Management platform, which helps Customer Success teams across the globe manage their high engagement customer success programs. At ClientSuccess I manage the post initial sales journey, ensuring our customers maximize the value from the platform.
